By using Bulldog Legal you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. App Store subscriptions are billed by Apple under their standard terms. Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe on our behalf. Refunds for App Store subscriptions are issued by Apple; refunds for web subscriptions can be requested by emailing hello@bulldoglegal.app within 14 days of charge.

You agree not to: (a) submit content you do not have the right to share; (b) use the service to harass, defame, or violate another person's rights; (c) reverse-engineer or scrape our service; (d) use the service to engage in the unauthorized practice of law.

You retain ownership of documents and letters you create. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the service to you.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with refund of any unused prepaid period.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulldog Legal's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email to subscribers and via in-app notice.
