Privacy Policy

• Account email (when you sign in via Apple or magic link).
• Subscription status, plan tier, billing period start/end.
• Document text that you choose to analyze. We never see the original photo.
• Generated letters and chat messages you create in the app.
• Anonymous product analytics (events like "scan started" — no document content).

• Your photos or scanned images. OCR runs on your device using Apple's Vision framework.
• Contacts, location, photo library, microphone, or browsing history.
• Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). We do not show ATT prompts.
• Any third-party advertising identifiers.

• To analyze documents you submit — sent to Anthropic and/or OpenAI APIs as text only.
• To deliver your subscription and bill you accurately via Apple or Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, account changes). No marketing email without consent.
• To improve the product through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

• Apple — App Store payments and authentication.
• Stripe — Web subscriptions and billing portal.
• Supabase — Database hosting (Postgres) for entitlements and accounts.
• Vercel — Web hosting and edge functions.
• Anthropic — Primary AI provider (Claude). Sent: extracted text only.
• OpenAI — Fallback AI provider. Sent: extracted text only.
• Plausible — Cookieless, privacy-first analytics.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery.

You can request export or deletion of all your data at any time by emailing hello@bulldoglegal.app. We respond within 7 days.

Bulldog Legal is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
